Saw the car Advertised on Lotus Esprit World's Used Car Centre (see the above picture book) and ended up buying it from a great bloke called Mark in the Essex countryside who buys and sells Esprits and refurbishes them brilliantly. With bags of history and general maintenance records dating back to the early 90s, 'Louie' was a great find after several let-downs.
I've heard countless people (Dads included) asking "Is that a Ferrari ?", which puts a big smile on my face every time.
For a 15 year old Motor with 5 owners (now) and 56000 guaranteed miles, 'Louie' is in great shape and I'm looking forward to spending the winter months sprucing him up a bit, ready for Lots Of Totally Unparrelled Speed in the spring.Drives like a dream, a real eye-catcher, topped out on the speedo on a couple of occasions... anybody who has ever used the 'Heads of the Valley' A road passed Neath to Swansea will know how I managed it...
